2009 ACTLM Distinguished Jurist

The  Honorable Carol M. Person

The Honorable Carol M. Person has been selected as the 2009 ACTLM Distinguished Jurist.  The Distinguished Jurist Award is presented annually to a retired jurist who has exemplified the highest standards of professionalism and excellence during his or her tenure of serving on the judiciary.  This individual is felt to have promoted the jury process and fairness in the legal system while at the same time encouraging excellence in the trial lawyers appearing in front of him.   ACTLM’s committee unanimously endorsed Judge Carol Person as the 2009 recipient.
