Roger Kramer announced today that ACTLM will sponsor a conciliation court training for ACTLM members interested in serving on the court roster as conciliation court judges.  This training will take place on Friday, October 13, 2019 from 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. at the Dakota County Courthouse in Apple Valley, Minnesota.

Roger states, “ACTLM is pleased to be part of the Dakota County Conciliation Court Program.  ACTLM Members are trained as conciliation court judges in a training by a presiding District Court Judge.  ACTLM members then volunteer and serve as concilation court referrees and judges throughout Dakota County.  The Court loves what ACTLM does!” Roger further states, “It is so exciting to see this project expanding as ACTLM members go through the training and then take it to home counties.  Special thanks to members Judge Mark Vandelist and Markus Yira for replicating this project in LaSueur County and to ACTLM members Charlie Bird and Andrew Stevens for promoting this concept in Olmsted County.  A full list of all ACTLM participating and qualified judges is located under the “News” Tab of this website.
