ACTLM Welcomes New Member Brendan R. Tupa

The Academy of Certified Trial Lawyers of Minnesota (ACTLM) is pleased to welcome Brendan R. Tupa into membership.  Mr. Tupa was recently certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Law. Certified trial lawyers have successfully completed numerous jury trials and demonstrated superior knowledge, skill and integrity in the legal profession.  This achievement is earned by fewer than 3 percent of all licensed Minnesota attorneys.

Mr. Tupa practices with the Law Offices of Thomas P. Stilp in Golden Valley, Minnesota. His Practice areas include general defense, insurance coverage, business litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

ACTLM is a professional association of experienced Minnesota trial lawyers from all Minnesota judicial districts who have been certified as civil or criminal trial specialists by the Minnesota State Bar Association or the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
