Roger Kramer announced today that three ACTLM members – Jim Lavoie, Samuel Edmunds and Ray Tahnk-Johnson – completed the required  conciliation court training for ACTLM members on Friday, October 4, 2019 and are now eligibel to serve on the court roster as conciliation court judges.

Roger states, “ACTLM is pleased to be part of the Dakota County Conciliation Court Program.  ACTLM Members are trained as conciliation court judges in a training by a presiding District Court Judge.   This past training was done by ACTLM Judge Member Terrence Conkel and also Judge Richard Perkins.   ACTLM members then volunteer and serve as concilation court referrees and judges throughout Dakota County.  The Court loves what ACTLM does!” Roger further states, “It is so exciting to see this project expanding as ACTLM members go through the training and then take it to home counties, such as LaSuer County and Olmsted County.”

A full list of all ACTLM participating and qualified judges is located under the “News” Tab of this website.
