ACTLM Welcomes New Member Jeffrey Muszynski

The Academy of Certified Trial Lawyers of Minnesota (ACTLM) is pleased to welcome Jeffrey Muszynski into membership. Jeff is an attorney and the owner of Lagom Law.  He is certified as a Civil Trial Law Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. This certification – earned by less than 3% of licensed Minnesota attorneys – is reserved for leading attorneys with high ethical standards, excellent peer reviews, and specialized legal education.

Jeffrey Muszynski has practiced civil trial work for plaintiffs and defendants for his whole career. He tries cases all over Minnesota and Wisconsin and has argued multiple appellate cases at the Minnesota Court of Appeals and in Wisconsin appellate courts. Jeff opened his own practice, Lagom Law in 2022 and practices civil litigation and mediation for civil cases in both states.  Jeff and his wife, two kids, and two dogs live in River Falls, Wisconsin. Jeff does community service through the local Lions Club and works with student leaders in Wisconsin through a summer camp program. Before law school at Mitchell Hamline, Jeff was a high school teacher and still enjoys teaching CLEs, law school classes, and educating future leaders and lawyers.

ACTLM is a professional association of experienced Minnesota trial lawyers from all Minnesota judicial districts who have been certified as civil or criminal trial specialists by the Minnesota State Bar Association or the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
