Bob King has represented personal injury and wrongful death victims and their families for over 30 years in state and federal courts throughout the country.

His practice focuses on medical malpractice and product liability and industrial accidents. He also has considerable experience in railroad and aviation cases, car accidents, and all variety of personal injury claims. A significant portion of his work comes on referral from other attorneys.

Mr. King is Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (Minnesota chapter past President), and a Member of the International Society of Barristers (Minnesota Membership Chair), all invitation-only trial lawyer organizations. He is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association and as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a past Dean of the Academy of Certified Trial Lawyers of Minnesota. Bob is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America, has been recognized every year as a Minnesota Super Lawyer, and is a Minnesota ‘Top 100’ Super Lawyer.

Mr. King is a frequent lecturer in the areas of medical negligence, products liability, and trial practice. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and he is licensed in practice in Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota.
